Department for International Affairs

The Department for International Affairs is a subdivision of the Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology.

The department coordinates the international activities of the Institute:

contacts with foreign universities, organizations and scientific-research centers;
academic mobility;
participation in international conferences;
language seminars and trainings.

The international activities are carried on the following priority areas:

fostering the image of the Institute in the international educational space through taking part in international conferences and events;
development of cooperation with foreign universities and organizations on the basis of bilateral agreements;
implementation of international programs and projects both in Russia and abroad;
academic mobility promotion;
providing the enrollment of international students and foreign experts;
assistance in organization visits of foreign delegations;
assistance in completing of international agreements, protocols of intentions, contracts with foreign educational institutions and organizations;
providing information and consulting on international grants, scholarships and academic mobility for the students and teachers of the Institute;
providing information materials on international programs, scholarships, forums and presentations for the Institute structural subdivisions;
holding the international events;
organizing activities, stimulating the students’ growth of tolerance and interest to the language and culture of people of different nationalities.

The current work of the Department is based on the following agreements on cooperation in the international sphere:

1) The Contract on Joint Activity Between the Jilin Institute of Russian language (Changchun, China) and the Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology (October 18, 2005);

2) The Contract of Educational Cooperation Between the Jilin Institute of Russian language (Changchun, China) and the Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology (November 26, 2005);

3) The Contract on Cooperation in Education, Science and Culture between the Institute of International Education of Shenyang Polytechnic University (Shenyang, China) and the Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology (May 17, 2006);

4) The Contract on Cooperation in Education, Science and Culture between the Jilin Institute of Russian language (Changchun, China) and the Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology (May 21, 2006);

5) The Contract on Cooperation in Education between the North-East Pedagogical University (Changchun, China) and Non-state Educational Institution Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology (2010);

6) The Agreement on Cooperation between the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (Bulgaria) and Institutions of Higher Education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (October 27, 2011);

7) The Agreement on Cooperation in Education between the Longcheng School (Jutai, China) and Non-state Educational Institution Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology (May 2, 2012);

8) Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade (October 1, 2012);
9) The Contract on Cooperation in Education between Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics and Non-state Educational Institution Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology (26 October 2012);
