Admission
International students can be admitted either via personal contact or under exchange agreements with partner universities.
Under graduate programs (4 years)

Documents
- your passport
- your visa and immigration card
- original of your previous educational certificates (legalized by the Consulate of the Russian Federation or APOSTELE) and two legally notarized copies with the translation into Russian
- a Russian proficiency test score (apply to Center for social cultural and linguistic adaptation of migrants for a certificate if you do not have it, the Russian language preparatory course is available)
- a medical certificate with standard blood tests (including HIV)
- 12 recent photographs of yourself, 4 cm x 3 cm in size
- medical insurance (apply to the International Office if you do not have it)
How to apply
In order to apply to the Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology it is necessary to send us the following documents:
- Scanned copy of your international passport.
- Scanned copy of your Certificate of Education.
- Home address.
The application procedure includes the following stages:
- After receiving the necessary documents, we will apply to the Federal Migration Service in order to get the invitation. In the meantime, we will send you a Study Contract for you to sign and send back to us.
- You read, sign and send the original contract back by express post (DHL, Express) and a scanned copy by e-mail at: kitcok@sibup.ru
- It takes 30 days to obtain an invitation from the Federal Migration Service.
- When the contract and invitations are ready, we send you the invitation and the admission letter after your having paid a tuition fee deposite
- The cost of your tuition depends on a specialization.
- You transfer the tuition fee deposit to the university account and we send you the original of the invitation.
